2017 Chiefs: FUBAR, Not FUBAR

So, let me ask you a question. In your opinion, are the 2017 Chiefs, FUBAR (Fouled Up Beyond All Reason), or not FUBAR? That appears to be the two camps, if you’re a Chiefs fan these days.
