The Kansas City Chiefs, with a win on Thursday evening against the Baltimore Ravens, 27-to-20, are already in the diver’s seat in their own AFC West Division. BTW, the Chiefs have won the AFC West a record 8 years in a row. Yes, the Los Angeles Chargers won their game but the Las Vegas Raiders lost their first contest as did the Denver Broncos. So, the Chiefs are tied with the Chargers but one game ahead of the Raiders and the Broncos. Also, by beating the Ravens and with this weekends results, as far as the conference goes, the Chiefs are currently tied with the:
.
Dolphins – who beat the Jags at Home, 20-17
Patriots – who beat the Bengals in Cincinnati, 16-10
Bills – who beat the Cards at Home, 34-28
Steelers – who beat the Falcons in Atlanta, 18-10
Texans- who beat the Colts in Indy, 29-27
.
Tied with all the teams above at 1-and-0. K.C. could also be tied with the New York Jets who play the 49ers at San Francisco in Levi Stadium on Monday Night Football.

Joe Burrow is an excellent QB, but with the Bengals losing this weekend to the Patriots 16-to-10 at Home, it means they may be an easy out in Arrowhead this coming Sunday. No team is actually an easy out, but maybe easier than we originally thought. It’s as Viva La Mahomes!! has said:
.
“Cincy is in a real mess right now.”

When you are saying, “ask coaches why only six targets” then something is definitely wrong. Blame is never a solid solution. Often you will hear this if you cast the first stone:
.
“If you throw me under the buss, I’m grab-
bing your ankles and taking you with me.”
.
I’m afraid Ja’Marr Chase has already thrown himself under a bus.
After entertaining the Bengals, the Chiefs go to Atlanta to face the Falcons on their own turf, but… they also lost at Home this past weekend to the Steelers, who haven’t shown us much. The Steelers relied upon a couple of INTs and the play of Justin Fields at QB to get the job done. However, it wasn’t an overpowering victory. They will likely be a different team by the time the Chiefs face them in their second to last game of the season. Although the Steelers were less than convincing, the Falcons showed us they were even less convincing.
The point is, the Chiefs will probably be 4-and-1 or 5-and-0 by the time they have their BYE Week in Week Six, on the weekend of October 14th.
