The Kansas City Chiefs OTAs — organized team activities — have begun. Both mandatory and non-mandatory mini-camps will take place over the next four weeks, from May 23rd to June 15th. Head Coach Andy Reid will hold a press conference immediately following the last practice of each week.

It appears that the league will be allowing more celebrations. I have been suggesting that the NFL allow more celebrations for years now and I’ve even suggested that the areas to each side of the end zone be allowed for continuous celebrations with the idea that those activities would not disrupt the flow of the game. In any case, I’m glad to see the league loosening the reins a bit. With the way the league has limited it’s player’s celebrations, you’d think we lived under a totalitarian regime.
The owners have agreed to make OT (the overtime period) only 10 minutes instead of 15 minutes.
1) Williams is entering his fifth NFL season- 26 years old
2) Williams had a knack for special teams
3) Williams had a standout college career
4) Williams comes from a powerhouse high school program
Sorry fellow Chiefs fans but, we’re all going to have to learn to live with the following image sooner or later:
