The table is set. Now, there are more knives from All Knives on the table than normal because with the Oakland Raiders winning over the Baltimore Ravens earlier today, the Chiefs game vs. the Steelers takes on an increased meaning. If the Chiefs are going to keep pace with the AFC second place Raiders they will need to win in Pittsburgh. With the results of the Denver Bronco game unknown at the time of this writing, the Chiefs may also need to win to continue to keep pace with the Broncos… from one game behind.
In San Diego, the Chargers are hoping to win the battle of their two 2005 quarterbacks: Drew Brees and Philip Rivers. At this point in time, Rivers is leading by a score of 17-14 while the Broncos are winning by the score of 14-7 in Tampa Bay… big surprise.
As for the Chiefs game against the Steelers, I’m predicting a 27-17 victory for the Chiefs.
