It’s a done deal! The Kansas City Chiefs have re-signed safety Eric Berry to a new deal, a deal which makes him the highest paid safety in the National Football League.
Berry, who was drafted 5th overall in the 2010 draft, who is 28-years-old, has presumably signed a deal that will keep him a Chief the rest of his career, or at least until he is 34.
Now, the rabbit that GM John Dorsey must pull out of his hat, is a deal for DT Dontari Poe. The rumor is that the Chiefs will simply place the franchise tag on him.
