The Kansas City Chiefs second Day of their Training Camp for QBs and Rookies is in the book. Here’s what Hunter Nourzad, Jared Wiley & Louis Rees-Zammit had to say following practice.

Here’s Hunter Nourzads complete comments following the second day of practice (6:51):

About 2 minutes in he turns and asks someone off screen “Can I talk about that?” and they obviously gave him a thumbs up so he kept on talking about his living arrangements in the dormitories. Here’s Hunter talking about what position(s) he been asked to play so far in TC:

“If they need me to go get water, I’ll do that.” You gotta love his attitude and demeanor.

From Pete Sweeney:

The Chiefs have drafted the eventual replacement for Travis Kelce and that man is… Jared Wiley. Wiley is 6-foot-6+ and weighs 249 lbs.. From reports, he’s already been making an impact. Here’s Wiley’s complete post practice media interview (4:57):

Here’s Wiley on what he expects in this Training Camp:

Apparently, Jared Wiley has already

impressed Patrick Mahomes…

and that’s a very good thing.

Wiley on his versatility:

Here’s Louis Rees-Zammit talking about the hardest part of Training camp:

In a conversation recently with David Bell, I said I thought LRZ would be RB#3. He has 4.43 – 40 speed and ex-Chiefs RB#3 Jerick McKinnon had 4.41 – 40 speed, so I think LRZ will be asked eventually to do all that Jerick McKinnon has done in the past. The difference? LRZ is 6-foot-2 and McKinnon is 5-foot-9. Both are about 209 lbs.. Also, McKinnon was a veteran of 8 years so asking LRZ to perform all the tasks that McKinnon has done may be asking a lot. However, I think that is the plan… if he can learn the playbook fast enough… plus learning all the nuances of the game. 🙏🏽

Here’s LRZ talking about replicating his Rugby performance in the NFL:
