The 2018-19 AFC Playoffs Brackets
by Laddie Morse | December 31, 2018
Isn’t it fitting that the last day of this year will be one of the best for Kansas City Chiefs fans. Following is a bracket of the AFC Championship Tournament.
Here’s what we know so far about the AFC Schedule of Games, Times, Places, and Channels:
- Houston Texans – Home vs. Indianapolis Colts in wild-card round
- (Saturday, Jan. 5 at 4:35 p.m. ET, ESPN)
- Baltimore Ravens – Home vs. LA Chargers in wild-card round
- (Sunday, Jan. 6 at 1:05 p.m. ET, CBS)
- Kansas City Chiefs – Home vs. lowest seed in divisional round
- (Saturday, Jan. 12 at 4:35 p.m. ET, NBC)
- New England Patriots – Home vs. 2nd-lowest seed in divisional round
- (Sunday, Jan. 13 at 1:05 p.m. ET, CBS)
When the Wild Card ROund is over, the Chiefs will host either the Ravens, the Chargers or the Colts. They can’t host the Texans because in any event, they would be the highest remaining seed and that team must go to New England to play the Patriots.
So, who so you want to see most… or least. Have any teams that you would actually fear to see the Chiefs go up against? I’m just so tickled that the Chiefs have a first round bye, I could spit. Now, if we can just get everyone healthy… like Sammy Watkins and Eric Berry. We’d be a lot better off with those two taking the field, that’s for sure.
