Alright, alright… we’ve had a few other “things” on our minds lately. Like either celebrating… or planning our move to Canada. However, when the dust settles… and it will settle for all of us perhaps at a different time… we will all still be agreed on one thing… we love our Kansas City Chiefs. So… ahem, excuse me, can we get back to talking about the Chiefs?

First and foremost, did you know that Justin Houston has been activated? Pete Sweeney of kcchiefs.com has a piece called, “Justin Houston Activated Of PUP List” in which he quotes QB Alex Smith who says,

“You’re talking about one of the elite players in this league especially when it comes to getting after the quarterback. That’s such a priority for every NFL team—whether it’s getting to the quarterback or protecting him. To have him back, his presence and leadership and his energy is something everyone feeds off of. It will be good to have him back on the field with us.”
